I love you, British Academy of Film and Television Arts.

    [spasms]

  2. Nick Plowman said,

Yeah, me too!!! I am watching them right now, delayed of course, but Diablo Cody just said her speech, she is so hot! In a quirky kinda way, what a geeky goddess!

  3. Michael said,

Gotta love us brits. We certainly like to spread the wealth.

  4. Nick Plowman said,

    lol Mike.

I do love the Brits (I am half British – just some random info for you), and the Bafta’s.

The Bafta’s are so much more relaxed than the Oscars, I couldn’t believe it, it was a fun show.

  5. Shocked about Cotillard, but very happy. Hope she repeats at the Oscars.

  6. Nick Plowman said,

I have come to agree Craig, Ellen Page will not win the Oscar :(, but I think Cotillard was better than Christie, so it was well deserved.

She was more shocked to win than any of us were…!

La Vie En Rose was an interesting choice for winner of Best Film Music, but they do love British composers at BAFTA.

  8. Nick Plowman said,

That is very true, and yet I never really thought La Vie En Rose would win in that category.
